ABOUT ME
My name is Olina King.Through years of work across corporate, private, and government environments where communication carried real weight, I came to understand something simple but powerful:The most important negotiations are rarely just about what we say.They are about what we believe about ourselves when we say it.I believe women do not need to become harder, louder, or more aggressive to succeed.They need clarity, confidence, and the ability to hold their ground with calm conviction.Because when a woman knows who she is, communicates clearly, and trusts herself to make decisions, something changes.She stops hesitating.She stops over-explaining.She stops waiting for permission.She begins to pursue opportunities with greater confidence and intention.And over time, she creates a life and business that feel more aligned with who she truly is.That is why I do this work.I was not born knowing how to do this. The communication, confidence, and negotiation skills I teach today were learned through years of experience, practice, mistakes, growth, and real-life conversations. They changed my life, and I have seen them change the lives of many other women as well.I help women prepare for the conversations, decisions, and opportunities that shape income, influence, leadership, and freedom — because sometimes one clear conversation can change the direction of a life.My roots are in Bohemia, in what is now the Czech Republic, and I have spent half of my life there and half in the United States. In many ways, I am a blend of both worlds, and that has deeply shaped how I see people, communication, and life.Today, I live with my family in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, in the place we lovingly call Almost Heaven.It matters deeply to me that women build lives where they no longer feel the need to shrink themselves, prove their worth, or seek permission to pursue what matters to them.Lives where they feel free to speak, decide, lead, and create opportunities on their own terms.
